Delivery Terms and Conditions
When booking a parcel with Bow Gifts you agree to all the terms laid out below:
Bow Gifts deliver to all mainland UK Business and Personal addresses.
Bow Gifts also deliver outside of the UK, in Europe and other Worldwide destinations..
Please note there are restrictions and no-go zones worldwide. Bow Gifts will advise.
Top Delivery Tips:
Check you have correctly supplied the full address including the postcode
Check you have correctly supplied the best telephone contact number and contact details of the recipient.
Bow Gifts use UPS delivery service, and all deliveries are fully trackable, insured and allocated a next-day delivery service for mainland UK addresses.
None UK addresses will arrive within 2-5 days, subject to customs and clearance.
Bow Gifts delivery service is with UPS and will deliver Monday to Friday during business hours.
Bow Gifts do not deliver on a Saturday or a Sunday.
Bow Gifts adheres to all product (food and non-food) restrictions and will advise accordingly.
Bow Gifts will not knowingly send a parcel outside of the UK that contains restricted or banned products.
What happens if my delivery details are incorrect?
Sometimes we do receive incorrect delivery details, so please check all information fully to ensure smooth delivery.
When an incorrect address error is identified, Bow Gifts are notified by UPS. We will contact you immediately to rectify and we will have 24 hours to amend. After which the parcel is released and returned to Bow Gifts.
Incorrect address corrections are charged a re-handling fee of £10 per unit*.
The charge enables us hold the parcel with UPS, and/or with customs whilst the correction or redirection is made.
In the instance where a larger delivery address error is identified, the parcel may be returned to Bow Gifts without the option to rectify. When this occurs there is an additional charge**
Your Address Responsibilities
A. All addresses submitted to Bow Gifts are done so in the knowledge that they are correct and accurate on the date submitted;
B. Addresses that are not correct or accurate are not the responsibility of Bow Gifts;
C. A database check can be carried out by Bow Gifts and is chargeable at £25.00 + VAT plus £2.00 per address on the database.
D. If the recipient is not present at the first delivery attempt, a second and a third attempt will be made on consecutive days. Or the parcel will be sent to a nearby collection point to allow the recipient more freedom to collect at their leisure. Calling cards will be left at every instance. If all delivery attempts fail and/or the parcel reaches its limit at a local collection point, it will be returned to Bow Gifts. A returned parcel in these instances is charged to the sender.

Northern Ireland and Mainland Europe: from £15 + VAT per unit
Jersey, Guernsey: from £40 + VAT per unit
North America: from £35 + VAT per unit
Switzerland, Greece, Canaries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Turkey, Russia, Macedonia, Montenegro: from £25 + VAT per unit
Other Worldwide destinations: from £40 + VAT per unit
Please note each delivery charge outside of the UK is subject to size and weight, customs and duties. Exact prices are provided on request when an order is placed.
*If the redirected/new address is in a different country, the surcharge for that country will be applicable as well.
